Experimenting with Macro

"Look into my eyes, you are getting sleepy"

I was experimenting the other day with a 105 Macro lens on my camera and took several shots of a bumble bee on a flower head of a House Leek that blooms out in front of our cabin.

Click on any of the photographs for a larger view.

"I think I will go around this flower to see what is on the other side"

Beautiful! And I enjoyed your narrative, too. When I enlarged the top photo, I half expected to see your reflection in those eys. :)

Lovely capture of the bee, she is beautiful. Macro is such a wonderful area of photography and I love it. Bees make great subjects as do other insects and of course flowers.

Have a great weekend,
Judy
