Sky Watch Friday

Thank you to our many sponsors for their efforts to bring us Skies from all over the world each week.....to view these skies or to participate..just click on the Logo above.

I have been dealing with several issues over the past weeks and have not posted in Sky Watch for several weeks, but I am back and wish to share with you some wonderful Sunrises we have had here in the NC Mountains as I go up to my garden just behind our log cabin in the early morning to greet the day and check on the progress of the garden.

Click on any image for a larger and close up view.

The day began at 5AM when I went out and saw this full moon in the sky.

Nice coverage of the sunrise. I like the last photo best. It is very interesting, and the cloud carries a lot of character with them.

Have a wonderful weekend.

It's always worth getting up at silly o'clock when you are rewarded with colours like these.

I like best the first and the last one of those cloud pics. First one is so powerful, Mom Nat in it's all might coming right up. The last one looks like there's two cloud monsters getting ready to fight.

Something so sinister about that red(ish) moon. I believe that means something but am not sure what.
