As I arrived out in the front yard I saw that Grandfather Sun had been very busy painting the sky with beautiful Pink pastel colors in the East as the darkness receded in the rest of the sky.
Here are a couple of the photos that I was able to capture before the fleeting Sunrise dissapeared as the snow clouds moved in swiftly.
A few minutes later in the East
Now for a change of pace I am putting in a couple photographs of the new truck I got recently.
Now I am a Ford man most of my life as far as trucks go, but when I was at a dealers the other day I decided to see what I could trade my old 1995 Ford truck for at a reasonable price.
I started by checking out a very nice 2004 4Wheel Drive Ford truck, but it had quite a few miles on it and was more expensive than I wished to pay.
Next I checked out this Chevy Silverado 2 wheel drive , a 2007 with only 18,700 miles on it (at a very good price )...guess what?...the Silverado won....lol.
This new truck (new to me ) is a two seater and has those small doors that open just behind the main doors to give easy access to the rear seat.
See photo's below.

Oh, what a beautiful morning! Sharp looking truck, too. Congratulations on both of them!
Congrats Hawk! Nice truck or should I say "War Pony?" Most people don't take the time to notice that all of creation calls out to us in beauty. Inviting us into the movement and rythem of life, teaching us how to walk in beauty.
Beautiful sunrise...and congratulations on your new truck!
